...1. create that "Best" folder.
2. Right click the "Best" folder then left click Create shortcut. (A shortcut will appear on your desktop.)
3. Open a Windows Explorer window.
4. In the address bar of the Windows Explorer window type "sendto". (This will open the 'SendTo' folder.)
5. Drag the shortcut you created in step in step 2 into the 'SendTo' folder.
As you open, view and close each photo, right click (one at a time) those you like and the context menu will appear. One of the options listed is "Send to". Hover over "Send to" and a list will appear. Among the list will be the shortcut you to your "Best" folder. Click that shortcut and the photo file will move to your new folder.
