So no need to stay on the phone line waiting another 20 minutes for AOL to have a real person talk to me.

AOL was my first internet experience, about 21 years ago. Probably true for millions of Americans, who dialed-up once a day to find out that they won a million dollars from someone in Nigeria.

I used that account for about 10 years before I found out Gmail and other places were acceptable alternatives.
