Sarandon can AFFORD to have her unicorns. Most people aren't so lucky.

What's really disappointing is how celebrities take a smidgen of questionable info and run with it like it's a scientific truth. They scour the internets for anything that corroborates their opinion, and that makes it a fact. Bill Maher is one of the very worst offenders in this regard. He learns some surface-level talking points about X, spews them about like he's revealing some great hidden truth and then gets shot down by the conservative guests who need only offer a counterpoint. If I hear Mark Ruffalo give his entry level talk on fracking once more I'll shoot myself.

Sanders is cut from the same shallow cloth. No wonder they all band together.
