Why is Bernie disenfranchising Alaska delegates?

First things first: He gets 13 delegates. Almost 300 people volunteered to be one of them. He's gotta thin the herd SOMEHOW, right?

I read the article. Bernie says he wants people from All Over Alaska to be among his delegates. I can live with that, as I hope all of you can. Problem is, most of the people who want to be Bernie Delegates In Philadelphia live near the state's road network. Bernie wanted people who live off the road network to also be delegates. If you want a reasonable distribution of drive-to-the-store residents and fly-to-the-store residents, you're gonna have to hack and slash on the DTTS roster.

I seriously doubt Bernie's people are going to be faithless electors; if DU's Bernie contingent is any indication, the people who are Bernie enough to be delegates would vote for Genghis Khan over Hillary...and it appears they might get the chance.
