9. It's a mixed bag, and it's confusing ...

I stuck my neck out and gave a blanket amnesty to all the people who were suspended on five hides, and when those people on your list got their second chance they all chose to double-down on their bad behavior.

He's basically admitted multiple times in various responses throughout ATA that the current jury system is broken, easily abused, and allows individuals to be targeted by a mob.

Well, good ... I'm glad to hear that.

But this "second chance" and "double-down" wording seems odd and from my point of view, it appears to be blaming the targeted individual/s for simply showing-up and posting "I'm voting for Hillary. Have a nice day."

I readily admit that "doubling-down" is vague and offers no specifics regarding any details about their camel-back-breaking offense ... and perhaps they actually did say something truly awful.

But since we already know that these targeted individuals had many posts hidden which shouldn't have been hidden, it seems fair to ask if they were AGAIN unfairly targeted, and again having their posts unjustly hidden.

In another thread, someone took the time to research the "final posts" of many of these individuals. I wonder what could be revealed by examining their final posts to see if there was anything that actually should have been hidden. It could be that I'm entirely wrong and mistaken about the whole thing in spite of how awful it looks.
