9. Mmmmmmmm! Tamales and flan! This is a Latino Christmas dinner, isn't it?

Tamales are a favorite at Christmas amongst Hispanics, I've heard. I didn't know they'd have them for Thanksgiving, as well.

I just have them a couple of times a week all year long. Our local El Ranchero restaurant can make a mean tamale. Um, they make a mean everything. Especially their salsa. Love their soft carnitas tacos with their salsa! YUM.

I'm salivating.

Well, it's going to be El Ranchero for this evening's dinner now...
