have shifted. It's like the Occupy movement. They started out very enthusiastic. It was just a big old party in the park. And then the weather changed, and the exuberance was quickly replaced with something else. I get the feeling we're witnessing the same phenomenon with BS.
If, by some miracle, BS were ever to become POTUS, I give him 6 months, and they'll turn on him. The office of POTUS is the ultimate "establishment" position. As soon as the red meat speeches are all done, you actually have to go to work, and the sausage making isn't quite as glamorous, and that's where the "revolutionaries" begin to lose interest.
