unpredictable and do stoooopid things - i.e. - running off and voting for Jill Stein, etc., etc. If their expectations can be gently lowered without it "being in their face," it is kinder. Has to be done in a diplomatic and kind manner. I'm talking about if it is "unrealistic" expectations of course.
