And his Dem dinner speech was really weak. He gets bonus points for showing up, but to stand in front of people who know you are doing nothing for the party and telling them you should be the candidate because you do better in polls against the GOP seemed like weak sauce. Everyone in that room knew those polls mean next to nothing right now.
