2. My question is not so much about the term, but what she did to become a perceived enemy of the US.

I assume she's actually done something "anti- american" or anti-capitalist to earn the moniker. I don't follow argentine politics very closely. All I have heard about recently were the falklands and their Navy ship getting impounded in Africa.

I know we didn't like Hugo because of his nationalism and nationalizing the oil industry, and relations with Cuba. I wonder if Cristina is following a similar path.
