interests of their people instead of ours are in for the Allende treatment. They will be smeared by our propaganda. Their opposition will be backed by us while we encourage them to a coup d' etat. If they hang in there like Hugo Chavez no opportunity will be lost to make them look like murderous dictators even if it's not true.
