Why is it so hard for some people here at DU to believe that the elections were stolen , that the government is getting rid of those who voted for Capriles, and that Venezuela is in deep trouble right now. Maduro is not Chavez. He was put in power by Chavez violating the Constitution. Why is it that the opposition is not re-counting the votes? Are they afraid of something? I don't need to read any news to tell me what is going on there. I have my family there. I know what they are going through . And whether people here wants to believe it or not , Venezuela's politics is handle by the Castros. Guess where Maduro is today? In Cuba. Maybe he is asking the Castro brothers for direction on what to do next. But I guess that I should know by now that when some people here in DU don't agree with other's people ideology or opinion, they start insulting , labeling, etc.etc.
