2. They want to remind the FARC to think of the "environment?"

How much good did their "rivers of light" do the environment, you have to wonder.

It seems more like PR for the Colombian gov't, making them appear to be kindly, rather than the same people who have used the para death squads to handle all the dirty work, and utilized "false positives" to instill terror in the rural population.

All that plastic crap in Colombian streams, rivers, and in the trees no doubt was paid for by the US taxpayers, of course, completely contrary to any sensible person's wishes.
