intellectually totally unprepared, to put it kindly. Just another Chavez wannabe who got the brass ring for the time being. But look carefully - in the wings - Diosdado is patiently waiting for things to get bad enough that he (with the support of the Army) can step in to "save the Bolivarian Revolution".
