3. Venezuela seems good place to invest

Venezuela has collapsed because of disastrous economic policies, brain dead economic policies. But some day rational government will come back. And Venezuela has abundant resources, an educated work force, etc. A factory along a river, near roads and rail lines, probably can be bought for pennies on the dollar now. Some day it will be worth a lot more.
