The entire department (state) of Salto, Uruguay is to be closed off today.
One of the two who tested positive went to a wedding the night she arrived in Uruguay and 500 people including educators were exposed.
The Salto schools are now closed.

However, twenty individuals in Salto are being monitored for suspected coronavirus
