Michigan Emergency Facist Manager turns entire district into charter school [View all]

The Muskegon Public School Board requested an emergency manager who plans to place the entire district up for a charter school bid. All teachers terminated. All other staff terminated. The charter will be debt free. The "district" retains the 14+ million dollar debt the original "board" wanted to get out of under.
