2. Norway taxes ICE vehicles at least 50% of the purchase price while electric vehicles are exempted

Don't think levying a $25k tax on a $50k vehicle would go over well with either customers or the UAW, but I'm sure it would stimulate electric vehicle sales just like in Norway.
