3. As of this writing 7:27 EST US, "green" Germany is running at 472 g CO2/kwh. It's a disgrace.

It appears the wind isn't blowing all that well in Germany. The capacity utilization is 16.37%.

The difference is made up by burning coal and helping to kill the planet.

The only countries doing worse than Germany are Estonia, Poland, Bosnia, Latvia and Bulgaria, the latter, just barely.
