1. I avoid the show, I already bought the beach.

Not to be smug, because what I did is miles away from what they're doing, which is to me is deceptive.

Nobody can own the beach in California and thanks, and I do mean thanks, to water shortages, development is limited.

My new place is not on the beach but has a full ocean view above the tsunami line. I'm fine with having a five minute walk for safety.

It's smaller than most studio apartments at about 450 sf.

Buying the beach, buying the bayou, all these shows are crap and I won't watch them.
