High heels allow for a variety of sexual signaling (read: healthy and fertile) to occur.

1) "toning" the calf muscles, making them seem more firm and therefore more healthy.
2) increasing the length of the lower half of the body to the upper half. Testing shows the optimal ratio to be between 1.25:1 up to 1.5:1. A ratio of leg to torso of 1:1 would signal an immature female and therefore unsuitable for breeding.
3) thrusts out buttocks
4) thrusts out breasts
5) indicates a greater degree flexibility of the tendons and ligaments which are indicative of a higher estrogen level. this not only indicates fertility, but also the ability of the tendons and ligaments in the pelvic bowl to spread, thereby increasing the chances of successful birthing. Men's higher testosterone levels don't usually allow for this hyperflexion, which is why you do not see male ballet dancers go en pointe.

So, howz about you learn a little anthropology, a lot of anatomy and physiognomy and restate your "thesis".
