After seeing Michael j Mosleys BBC documentary "Eat, Fast and live longer"

I decided to give it a go.. It's not a total water fast only diet as you can eat about 500 to 600 calories per 24 hrs.. It's not that hard... Works for me!! Dropped my A1C like a rock and the last physical/blood work results were perfect. The doc, Valter Longo that is in the USC blurb is also in the film along with Dr. Krista Varady who promotes the Alternate day fast.. Looks like they got pissed that Mosley was getting all the credit for their work...
Check the youtube link for the whole program... 5:2, alt day etc.. good stuff
