4. Have to wonder if grandparents or others with standing could not sue the parents for neglect/ willful endangerment?

I know if I grew up, having been stricken by some preventable disease as a child and if I had lingering issues therefrom, I'd be real open to suing my parents for damages. Most of us I suppose would give our parents a pass, but maybe not. And insurance companies that have costs that could have been avoided by a vaccine they gladly would have paid for may also have basis of a claim. That will cause some to think....maybe.
