15. I finally made the Internet sensation tomato feta pasta dish today

There's been a shortage of feta cheese around the country due to everybody trying to make this recipe. I found feta at an off-the-beaten-path grocery store today by chance so I thought I'd try it.

The biggest appeal is how easy it is to make. Just pour a bunch of cherry tomatoes into a pan with a block of feta in the center, douse with olive oil and kosher salt and pepper (and crushed red pepper and garlic if you like—I also added sauteed chicken pieces).

Bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Cook your pasta of choice and pour it into the cooked feta tomato mix, stir it all together
with a fork and eat.

It was OK. I won’t rush to make it again. I found it to be a little too rich. I'm not into a lot of cheese. I'm happy that I tried it though because it’s been popping up everywhere, it was even on one pf the daytime talk shows today.
