two slices of chia toast with sweet red chile hummus on them. On top of that, sliced tomato and basil. Sprinkled with black pepper and salt, then a drizzle of basil.
My taste buds told me I wanted this today. 
After this I am going to sit here reading the NY Times while having a bowl of fresh cherries.
