8. Made up a casserole and it was good.

First, baked chicken legs. (99 cents a pound -- about $3.00) Chopped meat and saved the bones.
Next, steamed a large head of broccoli (99 cents a pound -- about $2.00) Chopped.
Next, sweated small yellow onions, maybe 4.
Next, made chicken gravy from chicken stock, made from bones of prior chicken legs.
Next, made wide egg noodles al dente.

Dumped all in a rousseau pot, stirred, added seasonings including garlic and onion powder. Stirred. Ate.

Don't have to worry about making dinner tomorrow or Thursday.
