No, it isn't red beans and rice for me, which is totally different. I was in the mood for barbecued chicken this morning, so I threw some boneless chicken thighs, barbecue sauce and vegetable stock into the crockpot before I left for work.

What's going to be on your plate tonight?

Also, this is a new recipe, I have no idea how it is going to turn out!
