6. It's great for baking, I use it for bread and my wife uses it for cookies.

I use to use it for mashed potatoes, but lately I use this cool ricer.

About 2000, I bought the meat grinder attachment. It works great with the powerful motor. Good luck with it. Did you buy one with a pretty color? Mine is black.

But lately, we redid our kitchen and have a special spring up place in a cabinet, with power inside the cabinet. So the mixer is in a lower cabinet...you open the door and easily pull it up to counter height. The extra tools are on a pull out shelf below. It's a good thing as we get older...heavy it is.
