I'll bet that feels great, and you should feel proud of yourself.

We just ended finals and I turned in my grades, so I took the day off to relax and plant my garden.

As a result of not working today I had time to make an omelette, which I made with chopped orange pepper, onion, and parsley. I put some Colby cheese on it, too, and added a couple slices of turkey bacon. Really hit the spot.

I love staying home and cooking all my own meals.

Unfortunately, my dishwasher full of plastic containers testifies that I am on the run most of the time, having breakfast while driving and lunch at work. Most of what I take, though, I cooked at home. I do this to avoid salt, uncertainty about ingredients, and make sure I observe certain ethical considerations, like free-range eggs, etc.
