8. What I've done for a big pot luck

Grate 2 heads of cabbage (I use a mandoline). Finely grate 2-3 carrots. Mix one bottle Hidden Valley Cole Slaw Dressing with 2 tsp. celery seeds, 1 T sugar, and just a little cider vinegar. and mix. Pour over cabbage and carrots and mix. Put into a disposable roasting pan and sprinkle some paprika over the top.

And no, there were no leftovers.
