2. Just tell him the truth. I've had frogs legs (long ago) and they do NOT taste like chicken.

They have the consistency of chicken, but not the flavor. I stopped eating them even before becoming vegetarian because I just couldn't stand the thought of all of those frogs in tiny little wheel chairs.
