What's for Dinner, Sun., May 6, 2018 [View all]

Asian salad, greens, bok choy, peanuts, celery, scallion, cucumber.

I slice the baby bok choy and cook it in orange juice and sesame oil. After it cools, I add it to the salad. I dress the salad with mirin and sesame oil.

This is one of my favorite salads and I was happy to be able to make it using greens from the garden.

Next up are some avocados. Not sure how I'm going to fix them. Searching for ideas.
