from whatever is in the fridge too....and you’re right, it’s very versatile. Made with sesame oil and tahini is wonderful. My kiddo loves it on his sandwiches. I’m so envious that you have herbs in the ground that made it through winter. 10 inches of snow in my yard at the moment. 😑
