1. Its dry. It needs a lot of eggs or liquid. I use it as part of a flour mix.

I eat low carb so i am used to using alternative flours. I tend to use a mix of flours to get a better consistency. Its rare that I use coconut flour on its own. I usually mix it with almond flour, flax seed or whatever else I have on hand
