Yeah, the creators of these days may have had commercial interests in mind, but I simply like the idea of saluting a different sort of food each day. Sometimes it even gives me inspiration for dinner, when all inspiration is gone.

And today's celebration is perfectly timed! I promised I would make a lemon pie for Thanksgiving weekend. I need to get to baking this afternoon.
