Appetizer is salmon, cream cheese, capers, and red onion on pumpkernickel.

Next up is ground pork on Brioche rolls with sauce the RG made. Has lettuce, onion, tomato.

Baby broccoli, steamed.

Golden beet salad that I made with my spiralizer. Has basil, goat cheese, olive oil, and chopped walnuts.



Dessert: chocolate bar and a few cookies.
