The Landlady(!) had to check on her property in the Outer Banks and brought back a bunch of fresh seafood. Tonight will be a collection of yummies.

Escargot Bourguignon served in scooped-out small red potatoes
Oysters Casino with Bacon on the half shell with lemon
Stuffed Clams with cocktail sauce
Large mixed green salad with oil and vinegar
Chardonay

Incredibly, her parsley plants still had enough growth on them (in the greenhouse) so we have fresh parsley on December 24th!
