7. Going thru the same thing right now with the Breeze litterboxes.

I have three kitties, and my female will use the Breeze pans for both pee and poo, but my adult male cat won't use it at all, and keeps using the clay litter pan only, even when I let it go unscooped for a day. My male kitten will occasionally pee in it, but also prefers the clay. I want to get away from regular clay litter because we are bringing the cats into our motorhome for an upcoming trip and it's just too cramped to have smelly clay litter everywhere. Yesterday I finally removed the clay litter pan altogether, and replaced it with a box of newspaper-based pellets, plus the Breeze pans (four pans altogether for three cats)--they can decide which litterbox/type of pellets they like better, but they're gonna have to use pellets no matter what! We'll see if we start having "accidents". God I hope not. Good luck.
