Y'know, I don't think I'm a "cat person"

13. we adopted a cat from a couple who were going to have a baby and they said he was

'agressive'. the first night we had him he cuddled up around my daughter's back. She has scoliosis and he knew she was in pain. For years he would go into her room and play a game with her. He 'threatened' to bite her finger but never did. Made her laugh. He also protected me from big dogs when I was outside. Once he heard a dog approaching, and was stalking, but when he saw the dog, he stopped cold and went back on the porch. The dog was only half his size. He beat up big dogs but not little ones. Much missed.
