8. 2-3 day delivery. Consistently. I get prescription food for my cat, treats for my dog, all the same

dependable service. They also give a price break for what they call "autoship." I sent them a copy of my cat's prescription and they ship me whatever is required, on the correct schedule. Beats having to drive to the vet and price is about the same.
Once I accidentally ordered two 24 packs of the wrong size of cat food. I called their customer service and asked if I could send it back. They told me I could just keep it or donate it to a shelter or rescue. Then they sent me the correct size at no additional cost. I was impressed. Very good company.
