Morse was only elected by 350 votes total. With good Democrats upset about his gun control support, and the Republicans focusing their efforts almost entirely on that one issue, I can see Democrats who support the Second Amendment crossing over to vote against him.

Giron won comfortably in 2010 (by about 4K votes, 9%), but there were a lot more signatures on her recall petition than on Morse's. Her district is more strongly Democratic than Morse's, so she might hold on.

It's a toss-up in Giron's case, but it looks fairly certain that Morse will be recalled.

We'll know in two months.
