Is it suddenly cool for religious leaders to wholly bypass the legislative process in order to impose law via litigation?
It would make more sense if the plaintiffs could point to current law and show where the gun shops weren't abiding by those laws and/or the government knew the law was being flouted but failing to enforce it but you can't sue a government to create law out of thin air.
