(Virginia Beach, Plano TX, Henderson NV, Chandler AZ, Lexington KY)

Seven of the ten large cities with the lowest murder rates are in shall-issue states?
(Chandler AZ, Lincoln NE, Plano TX, Henderson NV, Arlington TX, El Paso TX, and Austin TX)

Three of the ten large cities with the highest violent crime rates are in may-issue states:
(Baltimore MD, Oakland and Stockton CA- DC is 11th worst)

Four of the ten large cities with the highest murder rates are may-issue locales:
(Baltimore, Newark NJ, DC, Oakland)

Seems as if gun laws have little relation to documented crime and murder rates.

One might get the notion that objections to shall-issue laws
are merely attempts at security theater and/or promulgating a moral panic...
