57. I suspect the "3rd degree" ...

is a result of the sudden up-surge in DUers coming into the group and displaying ... how should I say it ... hostility(?) ... aggressiveness(?) ... aggressive hostility(?) ... towards African-American DUers and those supportive of African-Americans.
