I looked at his history of both sponsoring and cosponsoring bills and could only find a Vet bill he cosponsored in 2015:

Edited to add: You do know, I hope, amendments passing mean little. One could put forward an amendment to change wording from "shall" to "may", have all 100 Senators vote for the amendment but defeat the bill overwhelmingly.
