I've had it!!! The comments I saw directed toward Black/Latino voters who supported Hillary Clinton last night over Bernie Sanders were ripe with so much crudeness, privilege, and just downright pissed me off. We do not need to be lectured by you regarding our choice of candidate. We do not need you to tell us what is good for us. What you need to do is point out why Bernie Sanders message is better for Black and Latino Americans if that is what you believe. The absolute wrong thing to do as a White person is to act superior to Blacks and Latinos and imply we are "low information", "voting against our best interest", or whatever little reason you have floating around in your head. It is the wrong way to try and get people on your side for Bernie.

I saw it way too much on twitter and floating around on message boards last night. Then of course some of them want to drag Obama into it and try to get into the psyche of the Black mind about us voting for him because of race and if Bernie were Black then blah blah blah. Hello? Paging President Al Sharpton, President Jesse Jackson, President Alan Keyes, President Herman Cain? BYE FELICIA!! It runs much deeper than just race, and furthermore I am sick to death of even hearing whining about that since before 2008 you've had nothing but 2 White men to vote for in every Presidential general election. And that also goes for 08 Hillary stans who have also made comments like "If Blacks turn on Hillary now after we put our bitterness aside and voted for Obama"....yeah...some of y'all are not off the hook either. So the optics of White Sanders supporters wagging their fingers and being condescending to Black and Latino Hillary supporters and Black and Latino undecideds is NAWT the way to go about stanning for your candidate. Try something different. We feel some type of way when White folks get into that superior mode with us and then it doesn't become about politics. It becomes about checking yo ass wondering who TF do you think you are talking to.
