...the Canadian equivalent of the USA sports networks.
It was bad enough when they were using male announcers, who had zero experience playing the game, exercising their seniority with the company and scoring big time 'on-air' gigs to further their careers as television stars.
However, 'stupid' wasn't getting good player or coach interviews so the networks started with the "babes" who, as rumor has it, used their charms to get the interviews. I can't watch any of them knowing that.
Just the same, the 2 idiots that call Blue Jay games, while male AND experienced in the game, are equally MUTE worthy. As the most knowledgeable of the 'television production crew', they think the game is secondary to their thoughts about baseball in general.
It's the networks fault for promoting a detachment from the essence of the sport, in exchange for something to sell ( in the great American free- enterprise tradition).
