Calling Bridgewater a star is a stretch. He's a decent quarterback in a system that doesn't fit his strengths because Norvasc Turner wants to go deep, even though Bridgewater isn't a good deep ball thrower.

If your players are upset, giving them time to process is a good thing, especially if it's just practice. I've seen entire gyms go silent over what ended up being a badly sprained ankle or a cut requiring a few stitches.
