It is nationalistic b.s. I find it extremely offensive that they trot out some active duty soldier that we all must stand up and clap for. If the MLB, NFL, etc., care so much about the active duty folks, why aren’t they on the front lines helping vets? Additionally, this was all set in motion by the military, with our tax dollars. Meh.
