Need help identifying birds... [View all]

These two handsome fellows have been hanging around our backyard off and on the past few weeks. At first I thought one of them was an escaped parakeet (the second one) as the body is similar, but on closer inspection I think I'm wrong. His friend (first pic) obviously is not a parakeet at least to my eyes, but I know pretty much nothing. They are very blue under their wings. We live in Katy, TX (far far west Houston)
